Welcome to AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT

AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT is a real estate investment trust ("Trust") (SGX:AIMSAMPIReit, code:O5RU) that listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 19 April 2007. Originally known as MacarthurCook Industrial REIT, the Trust was renamed in December 2009 following the completion of a large equity recapitalisation supported by its two Sponsors, AIMS Financial Group and AMP Capital. The Trust has the principal investment objective of owning and investing in a diversified portfolio of income-producing industrial real estate assets in Singapore and Asia.

As at 31 December 2011, AIMSAMPIREIT's portfolio comprised 26 industrial properties located throughout Singapore with a total value of S$893.5 million. The market capitalisation of the Trust was S$514.9 million as at 3 April 2012.

AIMSAMPIREIT's portfolio is diversified across the following key industrial subsectors: warehouse and logistics, manufacturing, business park and hi-tech space. The properties house a tenant base of international and local companies engaged in a wide range of economic activity, including construction and engineering, food and beverage, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, energy, information technology and logistics.

On 26 July 2011, AIMSAMPIREIT announced a significant redevelopment of one of its properties at 20 Gul Way Singapore. The redevelopment of 20 Gul Way will have a positive impact on net asset value and distributable income and will increase the total portfolio size to approximately S$1.1 billion upon completion. The redevelopment is a demonstration of management's ability to execute on our strategy of unlocking value through selective enhancement of existing assets.

In September 2011, Moody's Investors Service upgraded AIMSAMPIREIT's corporate family rating to Ba1 and gave a 'stable' rating outlook. The Trust is managed by AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT Management Limited ("Manager"), a joint venture REIT management company owned 50% each by AIMS Financial Group and AMP Capital.

The Trust's properties are managed by AIMS AMP Capital Property Management Pte Ltd ("Property Manager"), a joint venture company owned by AIMS Financial Group and AMP Capital.
