AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT is a real estate investment trust (SGX:AIMSAMPIReit, code:BU5U) that listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 19 April 2007. The Trust has the principal investment objective of owning and investing in a diversified portfolio of income-producing industrial real estate assets in Singapore and Asia.

As at 31 March 2011, AIMSAMPIREIT's portfolio comprised 26 located throughout Singapore. The Trust's portfolio has a total value of S$853.2 million and market cap of S$474.5 million as at 31 March 2011.

AIMSAMPIREIT’s portfolio is diversified across the following key industrial subsectors: warehouse and logistics, manufacturing, business park and hi-tech space. The properties house a tenant base of international and local companies engaged in a wide range of economic activity, including construction and engineering, food and beverage, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, energy, information technology and logistics.

Moody’s Investors Service maintained AIMSAMPIREIT’s corporate family rating at Ba2 and gave a 'stable' rating outlook.

The Trust is managed by AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT Management Limited (the "Manager"), a joint venture REIT management company owned 50% each by the AIMS Financial Group and AMP Capital Investors.
